Syria receives the fourth installment of the Chinese grant

The fourth batch of humanitarian aid and a grant from China, including 1,152 tons of rice and 3 scanners, arrived at the port of Latakia.
After handing over the grant to the Syrian side, the Chinese charge d’affaires in Damascus, Ma Xiuling, confirmed that this assistance will continue and will not be the last, including the training of cadres that are reliable in reconstruction.
During the crisis, China provided Syria with humanitarian, medical, and economic assistance, including $ 16 million in early 2017, medical assistance and equipment for the Mouwasat University Hospital and the Assad University Hospital in early 2018.
In October 2018, 118 containers arrived at the port of Latakia, which includes 800 transformers with different capacities and 60 kilometers of power cables, as a grant from China to the Ministry of Electricity, with a total value of $ 12 million.
