Damascus Chamber of Commerce calls for transformation into joint stock companies

Damascus Chamber of Commerce, headed by Ghassan Al-Qalaa, President of the Damascus Chamber of Commerce, held its weekly seminar on 17/7/2019 to explain the implementation of Decree 61 of 2007 regulating the conversion of companies from the type of family companies to joint stock companies.

Amer Kharbotli member of Damascus Chamber of Commerce said that this symposium holds one of the most important topics that are of exceptional importance in transforming family companies with all their classifications into joint stock companies which are dependent on them to be a major catalyst for the process of development, and recovery after the crisis.
