Syria International Islamic Bank launched the Point of Sale service (P.O.S) as the first Syrian bank to launch this service, which is one of the important technical solutions for payments and provides an advanced mechanism for electronic payment through the bank card that enables the bank’s customers to pay for their purchases and services easily and easily.

The bank’s launch of this service comes within the framework of the bank’s strategy for digital transformation and the employment of innovative technologies to create new payment solutions within its vision to be the first in electronic banking and innovation to keep pace with the development in the field of process automation.

Mr. Bashar Al-Sitt, CEO of Syria International Islamic Bank, stressed that this service will have a great role in saving time and effort for the citizen in the area of ​​paying for their purchases or services provided to them, due to the flexibility of payment in a fast and safe manner.

 

The bank is working to expand the scope of service by spreading a wide network of P.O.S devices in various sectors (hotels – restaurants – shopping centers – hospitals and medical centers – shops and other activities) in Damascus and the governorates.
