The Southern Region branch of the General Company for Building and Reconstruction started implementing the Car Showroom City project in Dweir, according to four contracts recently concluded with the Damascus Countryside Governorate.

The director of the company’s southern region branch, Eng. Kamal Hassan, stated that the project aims to transfer and organize the profession of car showrooms and their sales offices from inside cities to outside the cities of Damascus and its countryside.

Hassan pointed out that these contracts were represented by a contract for the construction of the administrative building of the exhibition city with a value of about 55 million Syrian pounds, as well as a contract for the road network that serves the city within it with a value of about 3.7 billion Syrian pounds, as well as a contract for drinking water network to feed the exhibition city about 74 million Syrian pounds, with A contract for sanitation networks to serve the city at a value of 1.4 billion Syrian pounds, with a total of 5.2 billion Syrian pounds for these contracts.
