Allowing cargo trucks to pass between Syria and Iraq

The Director of the Immigration and Passports Department, Major General Naji Al-Numair, revealed that trucks loaded with goods, including supplies between Iraq and Syria, are allowed to pass through the Albu Kamal port from the Syrian side and the existing one from the Iraqi side.

Al-Numair pointed out that the Iraqi government does not allow people to enter Iraqi lands, even for its own citizens, and that it allows in a certain period, then after two days it was decided to close the borders and allow only trucks to prevent the outbreak of Corona.
