An investment opportunity for agricultural sulfur

The Syrian Investment Authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, has offered a new investment opportunity in the agricultural input sector for the production and grinding of agricultural sulfur in both inferential and soluble forms, according to the Syrian standard specifications, with a production capacity of 2000 tons per year in the industrial city of Hassia – Homs or Adra – Rural Damascus.

The opportunity enjoys all the incentives and exemptions stipulated in Legislative Decree No. 8 of 2007, in addition to additional incentives and facilities related to securing the necessary approvals and licenses, providing the infrastructure, and the incentives and facilities for the import substitution program.
