Resumption of train trips between Tartus and Latakia

The train trips between Latakia and Tartous governorates returned to work, after stopping for a period of time in light of the precautionary measures taken to tackle the Corona virus.

The manager of the railway branch in Latakia, Engineer Adnan Bitar, stated that the start times of the trains have been set, as two trains will run, the first train (Train City) Tartus – Latakia to leave Tartus at 6:15 am and reach Jableh at 7:10.

The second train has vehicles leaving from Tartous at 7 am and arriving in Jableh 7:55, then to Latakia at 23:23 am.

Bitar added: As for the dates for the return of flights from Latakia to Tartus, the first train was scheduled to leave Latakia at 14:30 p.m. and arrive at Jiblah, 14:56 p.m., and then arrive at Tartus at 1655 p.m.
