The Central Bank started to reduce the precautionary measures on the banks, as it allowed the resumption of all services, including new credit facilities, in addition to increasing the percentages of employees who are in attendance, to reach a full rate.

This is in line with recent developments regarding governmental precautionary measures taken to address the emerging Corona virus, noting, in a circular, the direct resumption of the work of the previously closed branches, within the framework of the plans approved by the bank, with the need to inform the government commission at banks in The Central Bank, with the branches where work has been started, duly, to take the necessary measures in this regard.

The Central Bank circular included lifting any suspension imposed on the activity of the institution, and then returning to provide all services duly, including granting new credit facilities, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

He also asked the financial banking institutions to observe compliance with all instructions and directives issued by the Central Bank, regarding the financing of imports.
