Aleppo International Airport returns to work

The Syrian Ministry of Transport announced the restart of Aleppo International Airport, where on Wednesday February 19, 2020 witnessed the first flight from Damascus to Aleppo nine years after it stopped.

Also, Minister of Transport Ali Hammoud announced a plan to operate flights from Aleppo International Airport to Cairo in the beginning of next March, and then the operation will be to many countries.

The return of the airport to work constitutes a strong return to industry, trade and the rotation of the economy, as it constitutes an important strategic point in the work and economy.
