An Egyptian “ARE Group” is seeking reconstruction in Syria

The director of the General Authority for Real Estate Development and Investment, Ahmed Homsi, confirmed the presence of many Arab and foreign companies interested in real estate investment in Syria, the last of which is the Egyptian “ARE Group” that works in the field of real estate development and alternative energy.

He added that a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors Ahmed Al-Atribi, and he presented investment opportunities currently available, and there was interest in some development areas in Damascus countryside, including Adra and Wadi Barada Market.

According to Al-Homsi, the group will study these areas in detail through the information that was provided to them to take the appropriate decision in this regard, indicating the group’s affirmation of its desire to establish a branch in Syria and to carry out activity in several areas.
