Sheikh Najjar Industrial City facilities in Aleppo are back in production

Engineer Hazem Ajan, the manager of Sheikh Najjar’s industrial city, stated that the number of producing establishments reached 600, including 300 for the textile industry, 150 for the engineering industry, the rest for the chemical and food industries, and work is under way to rehabilitate and restore 250 industrial facilities to return to service during the next few months.

The volume of investment in the industrial city exceeded 130 billion Syrian pounds, as new investments entered the labor market. The industrial city has moved to implement strategic projects, including the exhibition city project, which is one of the pioneering projects that have been approved and work is being carried out.

Another project that complements the industry is the implementation of the craft area, which will include the first episode of industries supporting large industries, as its studies are nearing completion and implementation will begin during the next year. A labor housing project covering an area of ​​258 hectares is also being prepared. The job housing in the industrial city that belongs to its employees has also been completed, and the first stage of construction has been completed and equipped and will be invested during the first quarter of 2020, which contributes to the localization of employment in the city.

It is noteworthy that the industrial city is 4412 hectares and contains textile, engineering, chemical and food industries.
