A third license to build a residential swap in Marota City

The owners of the exchange “H 26” in the “Marota City” project obtained the necessary license to start construction work from Damascus Governorate, after completing the necessary procedures for licensing, so that it will be the third residential exchange that gets a building permit.

The aforementioned division consists of 12 floors, in addition to a ground floor and basement with a total area of ​​11,524 m 2, and the number of owners is 60 people, and the construction is scheduled to be ready within 3 years.

The “Damascus Governorate” recently issued a decision to reduce facade insurance fees in “Marota City” from 5% to 2.5%, and the exemption of cellars is currently being studied.

On December 8, 2019, the owners of the exchange “B153” in the “Marota City” project obtained a license to start construction work, after the H47 divider (Delta Tower) obtained the first construction permit and permission to cast in the project mentioned June 2019.

The area of ​​“Marota City” is about 214 hectares, which includes areas of Kafr Sousse and Mazzeh, and it includes 186 residential towers with elevations ranging from 11 to 22 floors, and 33 investment minutes, with heights of 50 floors.
