26 suburbs within the real estate development project

Deputy Minister of Public Works and Housing, Mazen Al-Lahham revealed that the files of 26 real estate development areas have been prepared for implementation as residential suburbs at the country level.

Al-Lahham clarified that it was agreed with the Iranian side to provide a list of priority projects in Syria, including a project to build 30 thousand housing units in the governorates.

Al-Lahham indicated that one of the matters agreed upon is to provide the necessary facilities to establish joint Iranian-Syrian companies in the fields of building, construction, roads, bridges, transportation infrastructure, studies, consultations and engineering services in accordance with the regulations and laws in force between the two countries.
