62 tourism investment projects in Syria soon

Assistant Minister of Tourism Ghiath Al-Farah announced the launch of 62 investment projects in the “ Tourism Investment Forum ”, which is scheduled to be held at the end of October 2019 within the province of Tartous.

Al-Farrah explained that the tourism projects to be offered are distributed among 40 projects for public entities , 22 for various investment forms between B.O.T, R.O.T, and a joint venture company for large projects with huge costs and selling the right of use.

The Deputy Minister pointed out that among the largest projects offered are the land of the Hijaz site in Damascus, the land of the military hospital in Aleppo, the Iben Hani in Lattakia, and the marina land in Tartous.

Al-Farah pointed out that the new forum is to offer private projects that are damaged, stalled or stalled, but they do not entail any legal problems and the completion rate should be at least 40%.
