The establishment of “Daoud Pharma” for the pharmaceutical industry- Syria

The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection has approved the establishment of “Daoud Pharma” Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in Damascus countryside.

According to the company’s Articles of Association, the company has the right to manufacture human drugs in a number of departments: a department for the manufacture of ophthalmic droplets, a department for the manufacture of ophthalmic ointments, a separate section for the Ambul industry, a section for manufacturing liquid and dry elephants, an independent building for the manufacture of cephalosporins in all its forms, Independent of the hormonal pharmaceutical industry, all in accordance with GMP’s modern global manufacturing conditions.

The company is owned by a group of Syrian partners Nidal Nabil Daoud and Yasser Salim Daoud: each owns 18% of the company’s capital, Nabil Salim Daoud and Hussein Salim Daoud each own 17% of the company’s shares. Maher Ibrahim Salmon owns 2%, while the rest of the shares amounting to 28% Dawood Salim Daoud.
