The ministerial committee in charge of following up the reconstruction projects in Aleppo reviewed the work of the restoration of the market of Al-Suqatiyya, the Al-Halawi School in the Old City, and the neighborhoods of Al-Qatraji, Al-Mayser and Al-Jazmati.

Engineer Ahmed Al-Shehabi, Director of the old city of Aleppo, said that the renovation and rehabilitation of the market in the city of Al-Suqatiyya was nearing completion. Most of the shop owners returned to their shops. He pointed out that the market includes about 54 shops, and they link old city markets from east to west.

Minister of Industry Eng. Mohamed Maan Zine El Abidine Jazba pointed out that the number of artisanal and industrial enterprises returned to work reached 16 thousand establishments, pointing out that the government provides support and facilities for the return of all establishments to work.
